Spend the morning making a personal “Home” themed Wall Art Quilt. Artist Jamie Fingal will guide you through the creative process to create a whimsical, colorful one-of-kind art piece.

- No sewing involved. Jamie will lead you through her unique process to make a fiber art collage.

This workshop is based on the House Quilt Project, founded by Jamie Fingal in 2010. Quilting Arts Magazine challenged its readers to participate in the House Quilt Project. Over 300 quilts were collected and donated to Furnishing Hope. These works of art are displayed on the walls of the Furnishing Hope Gallery. Jamie Fingal is offering a workshop to make one for yourself!
Jamie Fingal is a mixed media fiber artist, author, graphic artist, curator, teacher and blogger from Orange, California. She is known for her vibrant whimsical quilts, as well as her edgy punk zipper quilts. Her work has been published in books and magazines, and hangs in personal, private and public collections.
